Yves Bardière, Professor of English at the Université Grenoble Alpes, is responsible for the CLES Scientific Directorate. By virtue of his functions, he is the representative of the National Coordination Committee to academic and scientific bodies. To ensure the projects and educational aspects of the certification run smoothly, he is supported by four assistant directors and an administrative team.
The Assistant Scientific Directors
Laurent Rouveyrol, Senior Lecturer in English at the University of Nice Sophia Antipolis is in charge of the General Affairs. He specifically assists the Director on International and Scientific matters.
Jean-François Brouttier, Teaching Fellow of English at the University of Lille and Elodie Cornez, Teaching Fellow of Italian at the University of Lille, are responsible for the exam papers. They deal with questions related to their design, proof-reading and validation and the national database.
Muriel Conan, Teaching Fellow of English at the Alfort Veterinary School, is in charge of the teacher training and development scheme. She oversees issues related to the training of all staff involved in the certification (designers, proof-readers, examiners), as well as the maintenance of an active pool of teaching staff and their accreditation.
The Administrative Team
Rodica Brighidin-Charlin, at the Université Grenoble Alpes is the Administrative Manager of the National Coordination Committee. Garance Maisonneuve, at the Université Grenoble Alpes, is the Administrative and Finance Officer.
